What can I do if my first submission did not get approved?
If the first set of images you submitted did not reach the minimum of 1 approved image, your account status will be reset back to review mode and you will need to submit up to 10 images again. There is no limit to the number of times you can try to pass the initial review and once at least 1 piece of content is approved, you can begin submitting without any limitations.
To review the reasons the images you submitted were not accepted, please log in to your Shutterstock account and review the information in the window. You can also click the link in the email that was sent to you after the review.
